Summer is passing, into winter's cold embrace.
I feel these walls falling, I gotta get out of this place.
Its a slow day at the subway,
Nothing much to do,
but I need the pay.
Working nonstop, is what they want you to do.
No taking a break, there's a ton of work for you.
Its an autumn day, cold and clear,
leaves changing colours,
but all I want is a beer.
Watch the cars drive by,
wonder who will stop.
Bet on the sandwich,
and what goes on top.

There is evil in smiling faces,
back stabbing, sweet embraces,
people who will use you, any way that they can.
Creatures of corporate greed,
always desperate to feed,
abusing you, is just a small part of their plan.
Am I crazy of is it true,
that Big Brother really loves you?
and we all, should be working for the Man?
Now say, it isn't so,
all this shit, has to go!
But I just cant give up, my safe space.
So if you want change to come,
you have to get up off your bum,
and realize, you don't live in a healthy place.
Brake away from your cell phone,
stop being a simple minded drone.
Go see the world around you, face to face.
