What did 2020 teach us?
That the truth can no longer reach us?
We dont believe the news any more.
And we forgot what debate is for.
Yell & rant without listening.
Mock the other side's posturing.
Invent some facts, distort the truth.
Claim that they have on proof.
Disbelieve what sciences knows.
Count conspiracies on your toes.
Fight corruption and the elite.
Joining them is not a defeat.
Is the new normal, a kind of magic?
Or just another form of tragic?
I hope the next year will bring relief,
not more disasters beyond belief.
