The Quest for Happiness. June 26, 2021
I want to feel free. I bet you do too.
But what things bind us? I wish that I knew.
A thousand tasks to do everyday.
A million problems to get in the way.
A billion people, each wanting a nice life.
A trillion ways, we cause each other strife.
You cant cut the chains, till you know how their made.
You cant buy love, till you get paid.
But I want to feel free, illusion or not.
My perception is really all that Iv got.
We are all slaves, to what we value most.
Struggle till you die, then live as a ghost.
