The Internet is for Poem
There is life outside your phone,
I truly do believe that.
A world outside the internet,
I was told by a talking cat.
Stop texting for a while,
you can see what is out there.
Stop posting about the dog,
You can live like you care.
Follow me down the rabbit hole,
never mind where it may go.
It is time to get outside,
come along for the ride.
Have you ever seen a bear,
deep back in the wood?
Have you ever volunteered,
to do communal good?
Stop taking selfies,
every time you have food.
Try talking to people,
even if they seem rude.
